When I decided to move here I wanted to buy my first house. I was sick and tired of working towards a rent payment that didn’t ultimately pay off for me so I knew how great it was going to be to own my own house and really get to feel what it’s like to be a homeowner at last. I can’t believe I found the perfect place after just a few days of looking and I’m almost done getting all the initial renovations done and I just can’t wait to get done!

I am really looking forward to painting and putting up the furniture and I’ve already done my research on things like Texas electricity providers and whether or not I’m going to need to buy a lawnmower. I just wouldn’t have thought it would take me this long to decide on a spot and to really get ready to buy my own home – there’s nothing like the feeling I’ve got now that I’ve done it, though, I tell you what!
