I think taking vitamins is pretty important. I try to eat healthy but I know I am still lacking important nutrients that I can get from taking vitamins.
Just curious as to what you take on a regular basis, if at all? For me, Vitamin C and D and a must. I also take echinacea 9 months out of the year, usually from August until April.
